Quality product at a great price with excellent customers service and delivery.

After trawling the internet we are so pleased that we chose Furniture Factor. The range and quality of products looked good on the website and as they said they had a showroom in Leicester my wife and I decided to visit and as we were going on holiday and the location was only a short detour from the M1 on our journey South. Within the industrial exterior of the building, there is a large showroom with a selection of the extensive range they can supply. We were spoilt for choice but were helped in our decision by a very helpful staff member that helped us to decide. As we were away from home for a few days they scheduled the delivery for when we returned home and were kept fully informed about the delivery by email. The day before delivery the delivery company called my mobile to let me know that the delivery would be made the next day if that was OK. The next day a very friendly and helful delivery driver arrived and handled the items with care. Three large and heavy packages secured to two pallets showed the care taken on delivery and indicated the weight which to me indicated quality. I assembled the wardrobe the next day and it looks and feels top-notch. Thank you Furniture Factor.
