For customers in apartment buildings, deliveries will be limited to the front of the building, as our drivers are not permitted to enter.

- The majority of orders are delivered within 3-5 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you an email with tracking and courier details. This service is standard for most items.
- For larger items, we utilise a booked-in delivery service. You'll receive a call or a text to schedule a delivery date and be notified an hour before delivery by the driver on the scheduled day. (Please note, if a booked-in delivery slot is missed, there will be a redelivery or cancellation fee of £49.00).

If you prefer to collect an item from our warehouse, kindly call or email us in advance of collection for us to prepare and keep the item ready to limit your time from being wasted.
