Order Cancellations:

Delivery:
Expect most items to be delivered within 2-5 working days. Larger items are delivered using a booked-in delivery service on our own vehicle to ensure that your product arrives to you safely. In the event of a missed delivery slot, a charge of £49.00 will apply for re-delivery or order cancellation.
Returns:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you have a 14-day window from the date of delivery to return the item for a full refund. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return postage cost. Ensure that all items are returned in their original packaging and condition. If any parts are damaged or faulty upon receipt, we will replace them free of charge. Prior to returning any item, please contact us to retrieve your returns reference number.
