If an item is received damaged it must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery and prior to assembly. **Items containing glass must be inspected and any damage to glass or mirrors must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Replacement parts are sent out free of charge once we have images of the damage and the part numbers.

Any missing parts must be reported within 14 days of delivery and prior to assembly.

Free replacement parts. Any returns are solely at the buyers cost as we offer a full parts replacement service. The buyer is responsible for the returns cost of any items they wish to return due to any damages caused in transit.

We will not be able to entertain any claims for damages if an item has been assembled. The buyer must contact us and report any issues prior to assembling the item. We will not accept returns of any items that have been assembled or part assembled. We can not take any responsibility if the item is damaged during assembly or issues arising due to incorrect assembly of flat packed furniture.

If you are intending to use any external contarctors or fitters to assemble the item please check all items and make sure all parts have been delivered prior to booking. Furniture Factor will not be liable for any cost incurred due to missing or faulty parts. Damages caused during unpacking and assembly will not be covered by Furniture factor.
