A. Introduction

  1. These terms apply when you buy goods from our website. By placing an order you agree to be legally bound by them.
  2. These terms are in English only.
  3. You must be at least 18 to place an order.

B. Information we give you

We provide required pre-contract information (including delivery, price and complaint-handling information) in these terms and in your order confirmation email. If we must change key information after a contract is formed, we will notify you and you may cancel.

C. Ordering from us

  1. You place an order by following the checkout process on our site, by phone or by post.
  2. We will acknowledge receipt of your order by email. This acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance.
  3. A contract is formed when we send an email confirming acceptance or dispatch. At that point the order will be fulfilled.
  4. We may decline orders for reasons including stock unavailability, payment authorisation failure, pricing errors, delivery restrictions, or other legal reasons.

D. Right to cancel – Non-business customers

If you are a consumer (not buying for business) you have a 14-day right to cancel from the day you receive the goods, subject to the exceptions set out below.

To cancel you must inform us by a clear statement (email is sufficient). You can use the model cancellation form but it is not obligatory.

E. Effects of cancellation – Non-business customers

  1. If you cancel we will refund all payments received including standard delivery charges (except any extra costs where you chose a more expensive delivery option).
  2. We will process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence they have been returned.
  3. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  4. You must send back the goods within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel.

5. Returns of flat-pack furniture (IMPORTANT)

To protect product quality and prevent resale issues the following additional rules apply to flat-pack furniture:

5.1 No returns of assembled or part-assembled furniture

We do not accept returns for any flat-pack furniture that has been assembled, partly assembled, or where assembly has been attempted. Signs of attempted assembly include but are not limited to:

  • opened or missing hardware bags
  • damaged or enlarged screw holes
  • visible tool marks, scratches, dents or marks on panels
  • torn, damaged or tampered packaging

Once assembly or attempted assembly has occurred the goods are no longer in a resaleable condition and cannot be returned under the 14-day cooling-off right.

5.2 Items must be returned unopened and in original packaging

To return flat-pack furniture under your right to cancel the item must be:

  • unopened
  • unused
  • unassembled
  • in the original, undamaged manufacturer packaging (including internal protective materials, manuals and hardware)

If packaging has been opened, damaged, or tampered with we cannot accept the return.

5.3 Condition checks and photos

We may ask you to provide photographs showing the packaging and item condition before authorising a return.

5.4 Return delivery costs

Unless the goods are faulty or misdescribed, you are responsible for return postage or courier costs.

5.5 Statutory rights

These restrictions do not affect your legal rights for faulty, damaged, or misdescribed goods. If goods are faulty, damaged on arrival, or missing parts, please contact us immediately and we will help resolve the issue (repair, replacement or refund as appropriate).

F. Delivery of goods

  1. Delivery dates are estimates. The estimated delivery window will be shown in your order confirmation.
  2. We use third-party carriers (e.g. XDP, DHL, UK Mail, 2-MAN). We are not responsible for carrier delays outside our control.
  3. Risk passes to you on delivery.
  4. If we cannot deliver within 30 days we may cancel and refund your order.
  5. We deliver to UK addresses only.

G. Payment

Payment methods accepted are shown at checkout. We will take payment when you confirm your order. If payment is not authorised you must return goods or pay within 30 days.

H. Nature of goods

Product images are for illustrative purposes. Sizes, weights and colours may vary slightly. Items sold as clearance or substandard will be clearly described.

I. Faulty goods

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected. If goods are faulty contact us immediately so we can arrange inspection and remedy (repair, replacement or refund where appropriate).

J. End of the contract

Termination of the contract will not affect amounts owed to us prior to termination.

K. Limit on our responsibility to non-business customers

Except where prohibited by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or business losses.

L. Indemnity and insurance

Where purchased for business purposes any indemnity obligations and insurance requirements will apply as set out at the time of sale.

M. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

N. Rights of third parties

No third party may enforce these terms.

O. Disputes

These terms are governed by English law. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
